All systems go . . .
The amp stack project is a go. I've made numerous refinements to the design, and I'm planning on getting started on it very soon.
That's the final shape of the stack, with 2 12" speakers, one in a closed back cabinet, and one with a vented back. Thanks to some help from DC over at the Harmony Central Forums, I now have a power amp in mind. But before I go any further with this project, I need to make sure it will sound as good as I hope it will.
I ordered all the parts to complete the Runoff Groove "Eighteen" and "Professor Tweed" circuits, and will assemble them and test them with my current amp. The parts arrived yesterday, and today I had the unenviable task of sorting them . . .
Here's some more amp eye candy.

In other news, the Maple Strat is back on her feet after I removed the large shim, clipped off the 22nd fret, and adjusted the action. I am in LOVE with the Mean 90s pickups.
