The Trevisol Custom Shop is your source for vintage-correct custom-shop quality guitars. Our philosophy is that, whatever your budget, you deserve a quality instrument.
That's why we'll work with you to create an instrument that maximizes the quality of the instrument you can afford.
At our heart, however, we are purists. We believe that the way instruments are made today is not true to the inventors intentions. In the 50's, guitars were made with one or two pieces of select ash or alder. They were finished with a Nitrocellulose lacquer, a finish which let the wood breathe and resonate properly. Each guitar was hand-crafted. We believe in making guitars this way, the way things were done before the days of Corporate cost-cutting, and Computer Numerically Controlled milling machines.

You'll see build pictures and the finished product, giving you a good idea of how much you can do with a custom guitar.
