Well Grounded

One thing that takes time with a custom guitar is getting all the details right.
Like grounding this Sportster. It takes time and care to shield the cavity enough to be effective, but not so much that it interferes with the pickups or shorts anything to ground. You go the extra mile, making sure the trem claw is grounded to the shield and that the shield grounds directly to the star ground on the pickguard.
There are certain things you do because you know what happens when you play a guitar for years. Like putting thread locker on the output jack so it doesn’t come loose, and aligning the jack just right so that the cable clicks easily into place.
That’s the kind of care we put into every guitar.

Galleries Updated – More to Come!

We’re working hard on making wood into more guitars, and we’ve updated our galleries. The very first Trevisol Coupe is very close to completion, so look for a boatload of those pictures to come soon!

For now, go check out the new pictures in Galleries.

Lighthouse Point Yacht Club Art Show

A couple of months ago we were privileged to expose some of our work at the Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club’s annual Art Show. I’m just now getting around to posting the pictures, so shame on me. A highlight of the show was when the musical performer used a Trevisol Dragster to bring a reggae flair to the show!
