Trevisol Guitars is a family-run business, with a father-son team at its core. Dean Trevisol and his son Ryan are the luthiers behind Trevisol guitars. They have been making guitars for over a decade, and together have more than 30 years of woodworking experience. First and foremost, however, they are guitar players – there’s nothing more enjoyable for the Trevisols than getting together to play music with family and friends. Making guitars began as a way to exercise creativity, and at the same time, creating the highest quality instruments for themselves.

Dean is the master craftsman and designer of the Trevisol Dragster. His woodworking skills were what made their first projects possible. Dean is also wholly responsible for the finishing of Trevisol Guitars – he’s our Mr. Nitro.

Ryan is responsible for about half the workload of body shaping and sanding and assembly, and handles the electronics, setups, and fret dressing of the guitars. Ryan also handles the website and customer service.

However, our family business simply wouldn’t happen if it weren’t for our wives, Sandra and Maryna. They  provide direction in the accounting, logistics, and aesthetics departments. Without their loving support and patience, putting up with our long hours in the shop, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do.
